New Dates and new content for the UK’s biggest and most influential policing event
Brintex, organiser of the annual ACPO-APA Summer Conference and International Policing Exhibition, has announced an earlier dateline for the 2010 event, running 29 June-01 July 2010 with the conference for ACPO and APA officials taking place alongside it from 30 June-01 July 2010.
Held at Manchester Central, alongside the ACPO-APA Summer Conference, the exhibition will once again feature the UK's largest range of products designed for the policing and security sectors from over 120 leading international suppliers.
Free accredited training for exhibition visitors
For the first time, the exhibition will feature an educational seminar programme, featuring CPD accredited presentations and case studies from organisations currently engaged in groundbreaking projects with police forces and authorities. This new police training programme is free to attend and places will be limited, so register your interest now at www.acpo-apa.co.uk to stay up to date with its latest developments. The full programme will be published shortly.
The exhibition will once again be split into dedicated zones to allow visitors to more easily navigate the full spectrum of products and technology on display. These include zones for IT and Communications, Security and Special Operations.
Building on the show’s success at Manchester Central in 2009, the next event returns to this dynamic venue in the heart of Manchester. The refurbishment of the venue will be completed in January 2010, offering a dramatic new entrance for the conference and exhibition and closer integration between the two.
As all forces continue to manage the conflicting demands of budget control and demands for improved performance and delivery, this is a must-attend event for all levels of police to discover cost- effective solutions in every field of operation.
The International Policing Exhibition is free to attend for all police, staff, associates and colleagues – put the dates in your diary now.
