Adam has 18 years investigations and security experience and has continually proven to be highly adaptive to different work environments. His substantial experience in many policing areas has contributed to his understanding of fraud and security threats and an ability to quickly adapt to different legislative and policy regimes.This diversified experience has developed an enquiring mind capable of thinking outside the square on the tactical and strategic levels. This is supported by research capabilities gleaned from his studies and a genuine interest in maintaining contemporary developments.He is self motivated and highly driven-an enthusiasm to help develop the compliance and security practice of your company. More recently Adam was appointed as security supervisor for the Twenty 20 cricket tournament in the UK where he aided with event planning for security and developed threat/risk assessment templates which continue to be used within international cricket security.
