Aegis Personal Security Training is designed to help you avoid or evade threats before you are victimized. Aegis training emphasizes probabilities - not possibilities. Although based on an analysis of well-planned terrorist attacks (because they are the most difficult to avoid, evade, or counter) the techniques you will learn are equally applicable to surviving more mundane dangers (criminal attacks of opportunity, traffic accidents, etc.).

This training employs principles that have been credited by many students with having saved their lives.  The effectiveness of this training has been proven all over the world.
