I was working as a drivers's supervisor in oil & gas exploration company,some of my responsibilities were:  Organizing drivers’s work in the various work sites  Follow-up the drivers’s performance  Orgnize different training programs for the drivers  Evaluate the new drivers’s performance And I was working in the same field ( Oil & Gas ) as an QHSE Advisor,some of my responsibilities were:  Providing a safe work place to the crew  work on developing the safety culture of the employees  conducting the daily toolbox meeting and required drills (Fire drill, Medical evacuation drill, MOB drill, Oil spill drill) .  Conducting the audits, inspections as required  Participating in the JSA&JHA commities.  Organizing the training programs.  Supervising the implementation of the company’s procedures and policies.  Updating the operations procedures as required
