Bernhard Gupper has 18 years experience within the police force in Austria. During this period he was primarily working for the special task force “Cobra” with main responsibilities in flight marshal system world wide, close protection service of international government, anti terror diving and international anti terror operations. Currently he is working for OMV/Petrom as CSO. Mr Gupper’s experience has primarily been within the oil and gas business, corporate security and the training department, although he has also been involved in projects in other business divisions. These projects have included security studies, training, auditing, project permitting and Human Rights. The main responsibility within the Position as the Chief Security Officer was the implementation of a new security organisation, crisis and emergency management system, security plans and training, incident investigation, developing corporate security directive and standard.
