An experienced leader and manager with a background as an independent Consultant, a Chartered Engineer and over 20 years of military experience as a senior Army Officer (R SIGNALS, UKSF, DE&S and DSTL) which has made him experienced and competent in the leadership of large teams and the management of requirements, capability, change, procurement, project, and sub contracts. He has technical, procurement and operational experience of static and mobile telecommunications and surveillance systems, of networks and of systems integration. He is an open minded and flexible individual who is accustomed to working within high pressure, deadline driven and classified environments, consistently producing outstanding results and solutions. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is competent and comfortable when dealing with customers and sub contractors on engineering and commercial levels.
