I have been working in Ghana, West Africa for the past 3 years managing roughly 1000 multi-national people as a Production Manager for a pre-fabricated housing company. While reporting directly to the plant manager I had 25 direct supervisors who ran various key departments as well as directly dealing with customers and international suppliers.
