While working as a Manager in the High Tech industry, I became a reserve police officer with a large northern California police department in 1986. I joined the department full-time in 1992. I have worked assignments in Patrol, Media Relations, Field Training, Sex Crimes, and Homicide. I became a certified instructor in 1997 and have been teaching Interview & Interrogation courses to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, Corporate Managers, Financial Auditors and Security personnel. My business partner and I founded Third Degree Communications, Inc. in 2004 and provide comprehensive training programs. Our staff is comprised of seasoned, working professionals who practice what they teach.
