The majority of the jobs are soft protection, i.e. unarmed, but high profile clients. The clients will be visiting conflict/post conflict zones for assessments and strategic planning.
The client pays pre-deployment percentage ensuring your transport, accommodation cost and living expenses, and the rest either on completion or in blocks depending on the duration of the assignment.

Currently we have our teams, however the scope of cover for francophone countries, Arabic linguistic skills, etc is thin. Our restriction is mainly ‘Countries Experience’ (on-the-ground specific to the job location) and in many cases the necessary language skills needed is lacking.
