Twenty one years of active federal service, retired First Sergeant ~1999. As a Soldier and Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army, excelled in leadership positions of increased responsibility Majority of career spent at the tactical level, non-tactical positions include numerous positions as a Platoon Sergeant, Battalion /Division Operation Sergeant, Force Integration, First Sergeant, Advisor, Trainer and Instructor. Served multiple tours overseas during peacetime; serving in multiple hostile operations in support of Desert Shield / Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi and Operation Enduring Freedom Continues to serve deployed forces as a Department of Defense Contractor while supporting the Global War on Terror. Have strong Leadership, Training, Instruction and Operational Military Skills. Motivated and Dedicated to the quality of training of individuals in accordance with training material and guidelines as established by an organization.
