I bring over 20 years of experience in law enforcement with two of those being in an overseas mission (Kosovo). I have performed in many capacities from street patrol to contract security for Federal District Court. I believe that some of the most beneficial characteristics I possess are in respecting cultural differences and public relations. I firmly believe you get more with sugar than salt when the situation will allow however I know certain situations require us to act and not react. At the end of the shift I feel treating people the way I would want to be treated in the same situation seems to work best in most situations, just commom sense. I have administrative experience, serve on the interview and disciplinary boards with my current agency. I currently serve as a Shift Supervisor supervising two shifts. I am also responsible for the evidence room for my department.
