I am currently on terminal leave from the RAF after serving 23 years as an RAF Policeman. I leave the service having attained the rank of Sgt. I have vast investigative experience. During the last 12 years, I have specialised in Counter Intelligence/RAF Police Special Branch. I have conducted both criminal and intelligence related interviews at the highest level. My recent Investigative experience includes: a. Conducting security Investigations to counter the threat from espionage, terrorism, extremism and organised crime within the UK, NATO and Op TELIC environment. b. Conducting security debriefs of personnel across all 3 services, including senior ranks. These debriefs included a tasking from Ministerial level. c. Conduct security vetting/screening interviews of local nationals in both Iraq and Kosovo in order to assess their suitability for employment. d. Conducting Unit Threat Assessments to assist Unit Commanders in formulating their Risk Management plan. e. Conducting an investigation involving the use of lasers against Military aircraft and the Lead Investigator into an incident involving National Security. e. Conducting investigations into Computer, Physical, Personnel and Document security that have not met the minimum standards required of the JSP440, Defence Manual of Security. I am now seeking a change of direction and a new career as a security manager/consultant/Investigator. An enthusiastic manager and key team member who constantly delivers results and solutions to any given task.
