Larry E. Ness,Ph.D. the founder, has more than twenty-two years experience in the Utility Security Industry (Electric, Gas, & Telecommunication), of which five years was spent working for EPRI, Electric Power Research Institute.

He also served approximately ten years in Federal Law Enforcement with the US Secret Service where he was also a faculty member at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
