Paul is the Operations Manager He has worked in Africa, the Middle East and the Pacific Region, both in the ADF as an Army Major and as a Business Operations Manager and senior consultant in the civilian sector. His period in the Middle East and Pacific Region included a close working relationship with the Afghanistan, Iraqi and Timor Leste, Solomon Island and Fiji Government. Paul has developed and delivered a disaster management and recovery framework that incorporated the areas of economic, social, infrastructure and environment recovery and integrated these areas into a manageable structure during natural and manmade disasters.
