An experienced professional with over 20 years in the security industry having held various positions such as Manager, Team Leader and Operator. Responsible for training new recruits, updating security measures and liaising with clients. Responsible as a Security Manager in Nigeria and in the UK for organising the daily working rota and overseeing the running of operations. Able to advise local and expat staff on the current security situation Providing advice, support and coordination on crises and security management. Able to brief senior management and provide up-to date security briefs to local and ex pat staff Liaison with 3rd party security providers and instigate changes to their operating procedures if required. Ability to liaise with Military and Police organisations. Worked in a number of areas, such as close protection, surveillance, counter surveillance, convoy escorting, mobile and static patrols on oil/gas rigs, ports and power stations.
