Rechtsanwalt Ingo Klaus Wamser is a law firm specialised in the fields of criminal and admiralty law at Passau. The spectrum of the clients reaches from individuals with classical criminal defences about shipping and harbour operating as well as private security companies up to listed insurance groups with preventive consultations to questions of admiralty law, maritime security law and the pursuit and defence of criminal offences according to German and foreign criminal law.
 
In particular in the area of admiralty criminal law the consultation activity also encloses international crisis management to the limitation of damages by arrest of nautical staff and/or seizure of ships and load as well as in cases of act of piracy and armed robbery.
 
In the area of maritime security law consultations and trainings on the basis of the ISPS Code are also offered.
