Most recently, I was the Regimental Signals Officer for 5th Battalion, The Rifles (Mech Inf). I led and managed the functional areas of the Command Platoon and its assets. This included training, planning, staffing, technology application and development in Germany and abroad. Prior to this I was the Battalion Training and Gunnery Officer. I have extensive experience in achieving organisational goals as part of a team, or supervising groups of personnel from varying backgrounds and skill levels. I have a strong work ethic and pride myself on personal integrity. I am highly skilled in cross-functional team building, leadership, facilitating training, multi-faceted communications, change management, organisation development and quality/performance improvement. I have travelled, lived, and/or worked in more than seven countries worldwide. I am seeking a position within an interesting and challenging environment, where I can use and expand upon my existing skill base.
