How does it work?

Job Seekers
- Create a Personal Profile,
- Browse the Company Profiles in the Directory, and click the "Join Our Talent Pool" tab on each Company's profile page.
- You have now added your Profile to that Company's Talent Pool
- Manage your Talent Pool options via your Member Area

Employers
Use our Recruitment Services and Talent Pool Employment System to identify suitable candidates for vacant positions, and for opportunities that are “pending contract award”.
Our automated Job Files and associated collective email function enable you to manage all applicants to your advertised Job Vacancies through the entire recruitment process via just ONE system.

- Log In to access your Talent Pool via your dedicated Member Area.
- View Personal Profiles and download resumes of individuals who have registered an interest in working for your company or applied for specific advertised vacancies.
