I have human qualities such as patience, the energy and a good amount of dynamism, and I am not afraid, moreover, to invest me. Moreover, I show adaptation, flexibility, conscientiousness, meticulousness and organized. These last years as a professional soldier, learned how to me to organize in group (sections and companies) the basic and technical instruction of the recruits. I acquired this experiment the aptitude to be anticipated on the decisions to take for a perfectly successful work. Having had to direct the soldiers detached under my orders, I also acquired the bases of management, the organization, and the aptitude not only to receive the orders but also to transmit them.
