25 years of military service, 13 years British Forces and 12 years with the Canadian Forces. My primary role is to train instructor trainers, soldiers and officers within the Canadian Forces through practical and theory based training methods. Well developed skills in management, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. I plan coordinate and execute short and long term training programs dealing with policies and procedures, communications, leadership and motivation. Assist and provide professional development through interviews and written reports.
