Mr. Conner, a Homeland Security Analyst, has 19 years of experience in Physical Security assessment and design, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-Energy (CBRNE) weapons operations, planning and Program Management. He has additional experience in Emergency Management Planning, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment, and Business Impact/Continuity Assessment.
